A Certified Financial Analyst, Anne holds a PhD in international finance. With over 15 years of experience as a Chief Investor Relations Officer at multi-listed groups and as financial analyst in equity research and Mergers & Acquisitions at leading investments banks, she decided to become an entrepreneur and founded FINEO in 1999 to offer the independent, high value-added advice needed to effectively compete for capital. The firm, which operates globally, is the only IR consultancy in the world to have developed its own training programs. To this date, FINEO's School of Investor Relations has advised and/or trained more than 1,450 companies spanning 65 countries, across a wide range of industries and market capitalizations.

Anne serves on the Board of Directors of the National Investor Relations Institute, the world’s largest association of IR professionals. She is a member of the Investor Relations Society in the UK, of the French Securities Analysts’ Association and the French Institute of Directors.

She is the author of “Investor Relations” (Palgrave), about which Investor Relations Magazine wrote: «At the School of Investor Relations, the handout also happens to be a 240-page book. And until Guimard writes another edition, Investor relations: principles and international best practices of financial communications, is as likely to be as close to the last word in IR as a book gets.» Anne is also a sought-after speaker, facilitator and advisor on Investor Relations topics such as Initial Public Offerings, M&A, rights issues, bond offerings, cross-border listings, shareholder base diversification, cost of capital maximization and capital market positioning.
